If you've forgotten your password but remember the email associated with your account, open the Glass app on your device and select "Forgot Password" on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your email, allowing you to securely reset your password.
We strive to ensure that Glass remains free from objectionable content. To report inappropriate content, open the Glass app, navigate to your profile page, tap the Settings button (three dots next to the Edit Profile button), and select "Report Objectionable Content". Complete the form and submit it for review. If the content is deemed inappropriate, it will be removed from our platform.
Alternatively, you can email our support team at [email protected], including the username of the offender, a description of the offensive content, and the type of post involved.
To delete your account, log in, tap the Settings button (three dots next to the Edit Profile button), and select "Delete Account". You will be directed to a confirmation page to finalize the deletion. Please note that account deletion is permanent, and you will lose access to your account and its data.
If you wish to download your data, ensure this is completed prior to requesting account deletion.
